Data we handle

When you contact us or submit a form, we process the information you provide: name, email, company or public profiles, reason for contacting us and message. Depending on the form, this may also include a phone or WhatsApp number, country, availability, experience, professional background, motivation, budget and attachments. We store a private copy of the enquiry, its attachments and submission status to handle it and check its sending status. To limit abuse, the server uses an identifier derived from the IP address; the hosting provider may process technical connection data in security logs. Share only necessary information and avoid sensitive data or information about other people that you should not disclose.

Required fields

Fields marked as required are needed to process an enquiry through that form. If you leave them blank, the form cannot be submitted. Optional fields and attachments are voluntary. Confirming that you have read this policy does not subscribe you to advertising or authorize uses unrelated to your enquiry.

Purposes

We use these details to reply, assess a possible campaign or partnership and continue the conversation you started. If a professional relationship follows, we may also process the data needed to manage it and meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are not active on this public site.

Legal basis

Requests about services or representation are handled as steps before a potential contract. Other enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in replying. Accounting and other legal obligations, where applicable, are handled as required by law. Reading this policy does not replace any consent options needed for specific processing.

Retention

We keep information while needed to handle your request and, where relevant, during a professional relationship and the periods required to address legal responsibilities. We then delete or anonymize it under our internal policy.

Optional analytics

If you accept in the cookie notice, Cloudflare Web Analytics receives technical browsing and performance data to provide aggregated website statistics. We do not send form contents to this tool. Measurement is based on your consent and you can disable it from Cookie preferences in the footer. Cloudflare provides this service; see also the Cookie policy.

Recipients

Authorized TuManag3r staff access the enquiries they handle. Brand and representation enquiries go to marketing; TikTok LIVE enquiries go to the person responsible for that activity, with a copy to marketing. Hosting, database and email providers may process information on TuManag3r’s behalf. The website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for its database, Cloudflare R2 for editorial images and Resend to transport form notifications. The database is located in Frankfurt and R2 storage is configured in the European Union. We do not sell your data or automatically send form contents to TikTok or other social networks. We may disclose information to competent authorities where legally required.

International transfers

Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare and Resend may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, even though the database and editorial storage are configured in the European Union. Their data processing agreements provide international transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You may request information and a copy of applicable safeguards at marketing@tumanag3r.com.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent you gave, by writing to marketing@tumanag3r.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Published profiles

Creator profiles and public links appear in the context of the relevant professional relationship. Contact us if your profile information needs correction or removal.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of data submitted through public forms.
