On June 30, 2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of Partners of the international influencer marketing agency, «TUMANAG3R, INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT AGENCY, SL» (TUMANAG3R), was held, during which the Annual Accounts for the fiscal year 2022 were approved and subsequently filed and registered on time with the Commercial Registry in July 2023.
The 2022 Annual Accounts include the External Independent Audit Report, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Notes, and Management Report, providing comprehensive economic and financial information about the company.
TUMANAG3R presents its first audited financial year, following the appointment of the auditor at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Partners held on December 30, 2022. The external and independent auditor of TUMANAG3R is Mr. Antonio Manuel Alcaide Gómez, registered in the Official Register of Account Auditors (ROAC) with number 15.377, and associated with the firm VERTIBA Audit & Consulting (http://www.vertiba.es/). The auditor’s opinion is that the 2022 Annual Accounts provide, in all material respects, a true and fair view of the company’s assets, financial position as of December 31, 2022, and the results of its operations for the year, in accordance with the regulatory framework that applies the accounting principles and valuation criteria set out in Royal Decree 1515/2007, which approves the General Accounting Plan for SMEs and other legal provisions in force in Spain regarding accounting.
In conclusion, TUMANAG3R has ensured that its 2022 Annual Accounts have been reviewed by an external and independent auditor to verify strict compliance with international accounting standards, obtaining its first unqualified audit report in its first full year of operation as a company (as it was established at the end of November 2021). Therefore, this is the first complete financial year.
TUMANAG3R is not required to audit its financial statements, but voluntarily submits to it to ensure CREDIBILITY, TRANSPARENCY, AND TRUST in our financial statements before third parties, especially our clients and influencers. This demonstrates our professionalism and shows that our business activities strictly comply with legal, accounting, and tax regulations.
