On March 24, 2023, the international influencer marketing agency, TUMANAG3R, completed the acquisition of offices in the heart of Málaga’s city center, in the emerging neighborhood known as «Soho», close to Calle Larios, the Port of Málaga, the AVE-VIALIA station, and the Atarazanas metro station. These offices offer easy access for our employees, clients, and influencers.
The new offices are located in an office-only building at Alameda de Colón 9, 1st floor, office number 7 in Málaga. The commercial space spans 120 square meters and includes a large private terrace. Renovations and adaptations will begin soon, with the official opening scheduled for September 2023.
The investment in acquiring the commercial space, renovations, and installations is close to 0.40 million euros, with financial support from Banco Santander.

We are aware of the challenge in building that trust, as we are a newly established company of less than 18 months (though we’ve been operating as freelancers for 3 years), with a young management team (while we do have senior personnel supporting financial and administrative matters). Despite the complexity of our international activity, Santander has broken those barriers and joined our ecosystem. This operation demonstrates that Santander has made a real commitment to entrepreneurship in Andalusia, and we hope they will continue supporting us in the future to help grow the economy and create new employment opportunities in this emerging sector.

Our goal is to position Málaga as the third leading city in the influencer marketing sector, following Barcelona and Madrid, within five years, and to establish a HUB of influencer marketing experts. In doing so, we aim to support Málaga in continuing to be a business engine for Andalusia, now in this new, international business field within the framework of content creation and advertising.
On the same day, a special session of the Extraordinary Universal Shareholders’ Meeting of TUMANAG3R, INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT AGENCY, S.L., took place, where it was agreed to amend Article 4 of its Bylaws, regarding the change of the company’s registered office. This decision was formalized before the notary of Málaga, Mr. Leopoldo López-Herrero Pérez, under protocol number 1,414, dated March 24, 2023.
The new registered office of the company is: Alameda de Colón, number 9, first floor, office number 7, postal code 29.001, Málaga (Spain).
