On March 24, 2023, we announced that the international influencer marketing agency, TUMANAG3R, had purchased a commercial property in the heart of downtown Málaga (Andalusia, Spain), in the emerging neighborhood of «Soho,» making an investment of nearly 0.4 million euros.
After six months of renovations and adjustments, in October 2023, TUMANAG3R opened its new offices located in an office building in central Málaga, at Alameda de Colón, number 9, first floor, office number 7, with postal code 29.001, Málaga (Spain). This is the new corporate headquarters of the company and its new commercial operations center.
TUMANAG3R’s offices have an extraordinary location, being very well-connected. They are close to Málaga’s main commercial street, the famous Calle Larios, and near the Alameda Principal. This main avenue, just 200 meters from our offices, hosts all the city’s urban bus stops and the Atarazanas metro station. Our offices are less than 500 meters from the Port of Málaga, the María Zambrano AVE and commuter train station, and the bus station, making it a prime, easily accessible location to establish the future influencer marketing HUB in Málaga.
However, the international influencer marketing agency, TUMANAG3R, maintains a hybrid work system, combining remote and in-office work, due to the nature of the company’s operations, which require this flexibility.
Additionally, the company is committed to ensuring a balance between personal and professional life for its team, being flexible with its staff to support this balance.
The office design is modern, with large open spaces, focusing on creating a space where teamwork and team meetings can take place with maximum comfort and convenience. Our employees are equipped with laptops, allowing them to work both remotely and in the office. The office is also furnished with the latest technology, aligned with the needs of our influencer marketing activities. TUMANAG3R’s offices cover an area of 120 square meters, with the following layout: a director’s office with a small lounge, a conference room, a work café, an office with a kitchen, a soundproof room for private communications, and a terrace.
The offices are equipped with 19 workstations plus one for the director, making the facilities ready for a team of 20 people to work on-site.
