On 30 June 2023The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the international influencer marketing agency, "TUMANAG3R, INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT AGENCY, SL" (TUMANAG3R), was held, at which the Annual Accounts for the financial year 2022 were approved, and which have been deposited in the Mercantile Register and registered on time, in July 2023.

The 2022 Annual Accounts include the independent external auditors' report.The company's Annual Report, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Annual Report and Directors' Report provide comprehensive economic and financial information on the company.

TUMANAG3R, presents its first audited financial yearThe appointment of the auditor took place at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 December 2022. The independent external auditor of TUMANAG3R is Mr. Antonio Manuel Alcaide Gómez. registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC), under number 15.377, and belonging to the firm VERTIBA Audit & Consulting. Our auditor's opinion is that the 2022 Annual Accounts give, in all material respects, a true and fair view of the company's net assets and financial position as at 31 December 2022 and of its results for the year then ended, in accordance with the regulatory framework.The Spanish General Accounting Plan for SMEs, which applies the accounting principles and valuation criteria set out in Royal Decree 1515/2007, which approves the General Accounting Plan for SMEs and the other legal provisions in force in Spain in the accounting field.

In conclusion, TUMANAG3R, has achieved that its Annual Accounts for 2022, are reviewed by an independent external auditor to verify that they are in strict compliance with international accounting standards, obtaining its first unqualified audit report in its first full year of operation as a company. (since it was established at the end of November 2021), making this the first full financial year.
