TuManag3r's Annual Accounts show the technical and financial solvency of its Clients and Influencers.

30 June 2023The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the international influencer marketing agency, "TUMANAG3R, INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT AGENCY, SL" (TUMANAG3R), based in Malaga, approved the Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year 2022.

The financial year 2022 is TUMANAG3R's first full financial year as a company. (since it was constituted on 26 November 2021). With its audited accounts, the company conveys a message of professionalism, in order to give confidence to third parties, but especially to our clients-brands and to our entire ecosystem of influencers.

In 2022, the company has been nominated as one of the 32 emerging companies in Andalusia.The Andalusian Council for University, Research and Innovation of the Andalusian Regional Government, as well as the Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce of Andalusia, and awarded to participate in the training project "Promotion of technology-based entrepreneurship "II Edition Startup Andalusia Roadshow 2022".

In the financial year 2022, the company achieved a turnover of 793,311.79 euros, The growth was strong compared to previous years, although not comparative, because in 2020 and 2021, the only source of revenue was the provision of intermediary services in advertising campaigns. In 2022, the provision of comprehensive influencer recruitment services accounted for 84% of the company's turnover.

TUMANAG3R, plans to grow moderately in the period from 2023 to 2025, with the aim of managing a greater volume of advertising campaigns, in the two lines of business it has open, recruitment-representation of influencers and through direct intermediation with operators in the marketing sector.

TUMANAGER was born with an international and exporting vocation to provide services in the integral management of influencer campaigns from Malaga to the rest of the world. At the end of 2022, 61% of its turnover was from international customers (26% from Europe and 35% from the rest of the world), although it maintains a national presence with 39% from domestic customers.

The Agency aims to position itself as a benchmark within the specialised influencer marketing sector on an international level and in the 2022 financial year.

In its first year of business, it has successfully sold its influencer marketing services to international clients, and has managed to sell from Malaga (Spain) to 15 countries.

The countries served in 2022, ordered by turnover ranking, were: China, Cyprus, England, Germany, France, Mexico, United States, Israel, Netherlands, Brazil, Portugal, Singapore, Poland, Colombia and the Principality of Andorra.


TUMANAG3R, in terms of influencer marketing campaign business management, has managed a volume of 1.52 million euros in 2022, experienced a growth of 13% compared to 2021.

TUMANAG3R has become a gateway for our clients to sell their products in Latin America, as our agency has a very extensive network of influencers in LATAM.

TUMANAG3R, in the financial year 2022, has carried out 531 marketing advertising campaigns.TUMANAG3R has more than 375 influencers, which demonstrates its great technical and professional solvency in the management of influencer marketing campaigns. The company has experienced a growth of 6% in the number of campaigns managed compared to 2021, an amount similar to that of 2022, but with a higher value of the same.

The products that our international influencer marketing agency, through our advertising campaigns, 47% predominate with 47% from the Games sector.Our influencers are highly valued for the commercialisation of this type of products, following in a relevant way a 37% of digital software products7% for applications, media and networks, and 9% for miscellaneous products.

TUMANAG3R at the end of 2022, achieves a relevant growth of its Net Equity, 230,350.22, which will provide economic and financial solvency for the coming financial years.

This financial muscle has succeeded in attracting influencers to TUMANAG3R, with an average payment ratio of our partners of less than 14 days on average.This is a relatively short period of time from the date of the invoice to the actual collection of the invoice, which, being international traffic, is a good indicator for building trust among our influencers.


At the end of the 2022 financial year, TUMANAG3R has 7 people on staff, and it is planned to continue hiring and double this number in the course of 2023, taking into account the growth of the company's activity.

The 2023 exercise, will mean a consolidation of the business and the implementation of investments to support the growth of TUMANAG3R.. Along these lines, in the first quarter of 2023, the purchase of offices which are the head office, in the Soho district of Malaga.located in the centre of the city, in Alameda de Colón, number 9, 1st floor, local number 7, with a surface area of 120 square metres, in order to be able to grow. The refurbishment works are scheduled to be completed in September 2023, to open at the end of the year.

Likewise, in 2023, a new Own CRM software The process of investment in personnel has continued, with the aim of improving the management of the company's activity. At the end of July 2023, TUMANAG3R has 13 employees.

The aim of all these investments is to guarantee the consolidation of the TUMANAG3R project, which is necessary to enable the growth of the influencer marketing contracts portfolio in the coming years.
